Data processing

GenuineAI uses a multi-tenant architecture for serving responses from LLMs to customer-provided prompts. We do not offer single-tenancy. All customer data is logically separated to protect its confidentiality and integrity.
By default, GenuineAI retains all Customer Data within the platform until the data is deleted by the customer. After deletion, we may retain for up to 30 days in our systems. Prompts/responses that have been flagged as violating our Acceptable Use Policy may be retained longer.
Model training
No. GenuineAI does not use any underlying LLM that trains on customer data.
