Data processing

What security measures are in place to protect customer data?

Where are your data centers located?

GenuineAI prioritizes service providers based in the United States. You can review our subprocessors on our Trust Center Subprocessors page.

Can we have our own environment, meaning our data is not stored alongside any other customer?

GenuineAI uses a multi-tenant architecture for serving responses from LLMs to customer-provided prompts. We do not offer single-tenancy. All customer data is logically separated to protect its confidentiality and integrity.

How long is data retained?

By default, GenuineAI retains all Customer Data within the platform until the data is deleted by the customer. After deletion, we may retain for up to 30 days in our systems. Prompts/responses that have been flagged as violating our Acceptable Use Policy may be retained longer.

Model training

Will you be using our conversations to train any generative models?

No. GenuineAI does not use any underlying LLM that trains on customer data.
