Credits are the usage currency within GenuineAI. They're consumed when you run AI Chats, perform AI Media Analysis on photos, or use AI Image Editing. Each plan includes an annual credit allotment, and usage varies depending on the complexity of the task.
Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time and the change takes effect immediately, with prorated billing for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
When your credits are depleted, AI-powered features like Chat, Media Analysis, and Image Editing will be paused until your credits refresh at the start of your next billing cycle. You can also purchase additional credits at any time.
We offer personalized demos and trial periods on a case-by-case basis. Contact our sales team to discuss a trial that fits your organization's needs.
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. For annual plans, we also support invoicing and ACH bank transfers for qualified organizations.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue through the end of your current billing period. We don't offer partial refunds for unused time on monthly plans.
Guided onboarding includes one-on-one sessions with a GenuineAI expert who helps configure your workspace, import your knowledge bases, set up agents, and train your team. The number of included hours depends on your plan.
